Any shipping restrictions the merchant has in place (such as limited countries that merchant will ship to for any reason)
or other special conditions in place, all must be clearly stated on your website before the purchase decision is made to
prevent misunderstanding and disputes.
Returns
We have a 10-day, no-nonsense return policy. If you are not pleased with the products, simply repackage it using the supplied packaging material and return it for a full refund excluding any shipping charges. This must be done within 10 days and the products must be in new condition when received by us and in original packaging materials. See the warranty section for our shipping address and additional information. Please do not abuse this policy by purchasing products that you intend to return.
