The RAESCO Series 100 and 200 palletizing system has a growing install base across the country.  The robust system has proven itself to be the answer to the Ice mans problems.  The series 100 and 200 (Single or Dual Chamber Units) systems are standardized in components and construction and each system is built to handle virtually any bag size used in the industry.  A 5 minute change over will take you from a 7 lb. bag to a Bale bag.

The installation began Late Monday July 16, 2007 and we were automatically stacking ice by 2:00 pm the following afternoon.  The installation was successfully completed inside of 3 day’s.

Carolina Ice Company in Kinston, NC Receives 2 Series 100 palletizers

Carolina Ice couldn’t be happier with their new single chamber palletizing systems to loose stack  10 Lb. bags at a rate of 35 bags per/min.  The palletizers eliminated the need to pre wrap the pallets before being sent up a ramp to the stretch wrapper.  Consistent tight stacks that hold together and fit within the confines of the pallets are some of the many fine benefits of having a RAESCO series 100 or 200 palletizing system

Greenville Ice Company in Greenville, PA Receives 1 Series 100 palletizer

Installation of Greenville Ice’s palletizer was completed in April 2007.  The series 100 stacks 7lbs, bags fed from a HAMER 310 and 22 lbs. bags fed from a Mathieson bagger.

Space Saving Solutions

RAESCO understands that real estate in most Ice plants is hard to come by, especially in the packaging room.  Our systems were designed with that thought in mind.  Other palletizing solutions out there require modifications to the packaging rooms or building additions to fit cumbersome complicated conveyors and robotic handling equipment.  Our system generally takes up less than 100 square feet of floor space. Our versatility in conveying product allows palletizing systems to fit in extremely tight spaces.
