Our experience and expertise in palletizing 42 pound packaged ice
bale bags has created interest in the wood pellet industry. Our
tried and true method of palletizing packaged ice bale bags works
wonderfully with 40 pound bags of wood pellets at rates faster than any
known robotic application or conventional high level palletizer.
The 100 or 200 series palletizer will comfortably run your pellet bags
at rates of 20 + bags per/min.. Our palletizer will stack a ton of
pellets on your 40" x 48" pallet, 5 bags per layer 10 layers high and
take up only 100 square feet of floor space.
